While still in beta, Fedora 25 supports the Raspberry Pi model 2 and model 3. It comes packed with support for various Wi-Fi dongles, USB drives, and pretty much everything else you'd expect, though it does not support the onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the Pi 3 yet. There are plenty of other small caveats as well, including issues with sound (does Linux ever not have an issue with sound?), lack of expansion HAT support, and more, but everything's covered over on the FAQ page.
