SoGoSurvey provides online survey tools to over 70,000 customers in 75 countries. After a two year development cycle, they have launched one of the most feature rich online survey platforms, Summer 16.
The software allows for pre-populating of known information in the survey, such as name, gender, company or age of the participant. There is also an option to conduct the survey anonymously, which vastly improves the number of responses to a survey in some cases. The surveys can branch into different questions based on responses, so users do not waste time replying to unnecessary questions. The platform generates 18 different kinds of reports, and allows for real-time monitoring of the responses.
There is a rules and alerts feature, which allows for quick actions based on the surveys. For example, if a product is given a bad review, an alert can enable the organisation to contact the customer and remedy the situation, even before the review is submitted. A basic version of the software is available for free, so anyone who wants to try it out can get started instantly. The software is designed to run on smartphones, tablets and on computers. There are ready to use templates.
Hamid Farooqui, CEO of SoGoSurvey, said “Imagine a world where you can now have a really powerful, highly user-friendly online survey software at a super-low cost. And it comes with training and support that lets you collect feedback in a secure, collaborative setting, as well as fundamentally viewing feedback from customers, employees and other stakeholders. This solution is easy for the beginner and powerful for the expert. This is SoGoSurvey Summer ’16 release.”
SoGoSurvey has a long list of clients, including eBay, Unicef, IBM, Hyundai, Sony, HP, FedEx and PayPal.
