Image result for apple logo Just yesterday we reported that Apple could be getting the new Mac lineup for 2016 this month. The news had come from Japanese blog, Macotakara that said Apple is all set to release its new range of MacBook Pro and a new MacBook Air by end of October. Apparently retailers are about to get shipments of the new devices. Today we are hearing that Apple might have finalised a date; 27 October. This means that new Macs loaded with macOS Sierra, which was released last month, will be arriving right before the year ends. And of course right on time for holiday season for most parts of the globe. As far as the machines are concerned, expect the new MacBook Pros to come in 13 and 15-inch variants and a redesigned 13-inch MacBook Air. There is a possibility that Apple will axe 11-inch MacBook Air. All of them are also rumoured to ditch the standard USB ports and will feature USB Type-C ports with support for Thunderbolt 3. One of the USB Type-C ports will be used for charging just like the 12-inch super slim 12-inch MacBook so no more MagSafe connector. Apple could use AMD graphics chips for better visual performance. In the past we have heard that the MacBook Pro series will come with Touch ID as well as an OLED touch panel right about the keyboard. This would light up with different options depending on the app or software being used.
